Hi joe, congrats on running the MMA group - I have some friends who are madly into MMA, it's intense stuff

I don't know about women's bodybuilding being more popular in Aus. I don't know anyone else who does it (apart from the girls my trainer works with, and we don't live anywhere near each other). I wish I DID know some chick builders because then I'd have someone to work out with haha! It's awfully lonely work doing this on your own and I could do with a spotter. Ah well... gotta go through it to get to the goal.

I haven't been around lately, no. I travel wherever the wind takes me. I might finally be going home soon.

Wow, I never knew Misquamicut was the 2nd largest beach on the east coast!! I love Misquamicut beach too, haven't been there in ages though.

It's the first I've heard of it. I'll have to look into it further.
