Lately I've heard and had an experience which proves there is some form of reincarnation.
Recently, on the news I saw a story about a five year old that has detailed dreams about WWII. Some of the dreams he tells people are so detailed that doctors/scientists believe they know what person he was in the dreams and believes the dreams are triggered from past life experiences.
Also during meditation I drift off and have the same vision of an event that seemed to have happened when I was a younger child but it took place in a city or place I've never been before. Also there was a time when I drove to Portland from Reno for the first time and going through towns that seem very familiar but I knew it wasn't possible. I do believe these visions I have during meditation are triggered from past lives as is the driving to Portland.
I have always believed in some form in reincarnation but these recent discoveries and experiences have solidified my belief.
