Haven't posted a blog in a while. I get so caught up in the day to day grind that I forget to slow things down and relax every once in a while.
I have a new beer brewing. It is a stout I am brewing to taste like Thin Mint cookies. Hopefully it will turn out. I am also going to brew a Pumpkin Ale later this week. I'll try to post some pics of the brew day if I don't get too drunk to think to take pictures
