Yes. Some of us had to endure that too. Death(s), painfull, sudden (or not).
Then you feel alone. I mean realy alone. And empty. Physicaly empty as if your chest were empty.
Everytime you tell yourself : "I should talk to her about that..." and realize that (s)he is not here anymore and no, you can't tell that.

You may not believe it or accept it right now but...

- It will pass. It will be long, but it will pass. A year after (about) it may come back. You will live with it and it will be part of you.

- Now and later, each time it will be painfull, your friends, family, etc. will be there for you. Right now you may not see it or consider it as an option, but trust me, they are here for you. And by the way, they need you.

- She is not here. But she can live within you. It's a cliché, I know, but like before, you will see that also. I hope so. And at one point, you will feel joy each time you will think about her.

What you're feeling is natural, given the horrific nature of your experience. Try to lean on your friends and family, rather than allowing the pain to isolate you. Take care.

I could never say that I know how you feel, but I hope you know that there are people who love you and care for you. Even if it is through the internet, you cross my mind quite frequently, I hurt for you and you are in my thoughts and prayers always. Stay strong, you still have a life to live.

I wish I could do something.....anything for you......You might think that I am full of crap, but I firmly believe that God never gives us more than we can handle in our lives........"You have within you, more strength than has ever been tested".....I cannot understand what you are going thru....no one can. but you have been given this burden to bear...something good will come of this......I know you cant see it now, but it will. Reach down inside you and summon all of the inner strength you can.......I will pray for God to lighten your load. Hang in there.
