Of the three sociobiology texts I'm aware ofWilson's Sociobiology: The New Synthesis, Pinker's The Blank Slate: The Modern Denial of Human Nature, and Dawkins' The Selfish GeneI've only read the last. Much of what I "know" of SB has been inferred, I admit, as I acquire most of my info piecemeal from various sources: encyclopedias, articles, and the like.

I can't get used to how public this is. Which is weird, given it's fairly anonymous. I mean, why should I care?

A wheel just came off.
My SO's been in a long-term relationship for a while, mortgage etc.. SO and I hooked up a while back, SO has been working towards a careful, respectful, maximum-salvage break with the Other Half.
