You know, life is pretty great.

I'm sitting here wrapped up in new fluffy towels fresh out of the shower after the gym, eating an apple, and it just occured to me. That my life is really wonderful.

That's all.

I just made the most delicious dinner-- black bean and butternut squash burritos with curry rice and golden raisins. I wish I had the time to cook vegan all the time!

Ever since waitressing nights at a bar, my tendency towards night owl status has turned into full-out daysleeper. I quit about three months ago (temporarily) but I never seem to be able to get back on the schedule that the rest of the midwest keeps.
