A dinner feature I did during my hiatus from SG land. One I'm really proud of. It was fucking delicious. And a badass plate up, if I say so, myself.

Sous vide bacon confit 8oz. filet Mignon, garlic red wine Demi, Sriracha blue cheese mashed potato, and an arugula salad with pickled shallot, bacon lardons, and a bourbon vinaigrette.
