One of the best things about having a steady girlfriend, instead of still being on the dating circuit, is that I can get laid and *then* take her out to dinner!

weee! spring is here, the rains are letting up, and I have an awesome girlfriend, who I will soon have a schedule more in common with!

Had a good weekend with a very well-timed day off, and I'm looking forward to what could well be the last week of my crummy schedule. Here's hoping I get either of the promotions I've applied for!

ahh, what a good day. I got some of the crap and cluttter in my room cleaned up, and I found out that my taxes that I'd been dreading will actually turn out ok, with a refund of about $250!

Which means I can celebrate a little tonight! And I am SO going to Burning Man again!

you've probably walked passed it a bunch of times... right at Market and Castro (across from Hot Cookie)... called Marcello's. The slices are big and they have [i[tons of toppings. they even have yummy toppings on their slices. like I said, I'm used to Bus-Stop pizza at Divis & Haight, so this is a bit pricey for me, but it's very convenient, since Castro stop is a transfer point in my commute now. smile

Today I drank tea and ate madeleines, but alas, dipping the madeleines in the tea failed to produce a flood of long lost childhood memories.

Whoo - that does look enjoyable (and manly, roar - tongue) ! Yes, sometime we should hang out! One of the main problems I have is that I can't stay in the city for too long because of bart stopping at 12 (you know how that is) but before then, yeah, that'd be fun!

I've tried leeching wireless but I'd prefer to have my own secure stuff - mainly because free wireless is erratic and I've heard enough stories about horse porn and unsecured wireless that I would prefer not to do that. eeek

Timers and electronic eyes - that's how the automatic litterbox kept my kitty safe. In the end it wasn't the safety aspect I had problems with, it was the automaticness.
