My crooked back is angry.

It is always an all day event & an everyday hassle.

I can stretch it out. I can do my physical therapy until the sun goes down.

But I'm still left here alone, just me & my pain.

But I try to always remember this...

Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.

Every year is yet another opportunity to try again. Sounds like a load of bullshit, but really when you get right down to it, that's all time is. Just another hour, day, month, year when you get to have a "do over".

Missy was cool in the episode but I found it very, very strange to see that type of scene without Snow in it since it was her set which is on the tour video. All in all I thought they all did a great job, but I still thought the show was kinda cheesy.

You don't have the defrag tool in your system tools menu under the Start menu ?

Click on the Start button..go to Accessories, then go into System Tools and then hit Disk Defragmentor.
