One of the Portsmouth NH theater groups is stageing of an adaptation of Christina Rossetti's "The Goblin Market". Very stripped down: just the 2 actress/singers and small ensemble keyboard, percussion, violin & cello. The goblins were left to the imagination and the reactions of the actress. I've didn't post my latest blog with the intention of soliciting anything from anyone. The responses have been wonderful, however.
How are the pundents going to wiggle out of
'incitment to violence'?
I wish someone would pull the lever on the tank and flush our political toilet.
Term limits in the House and Senate (no one should spend 20+ years there), dissolution of the existing parties (they are already fractured beyond recognition), campaign budget limits (there are better ways to spend hundreds of millions of dollars), and the end of lobbying within 100-miles of the Capitol dome (or at least sponsorship patches on the politicians).
I'm afraid this country is going to explode, and you won't merely be "re-enacting" anymore...

I wanted to watch the eclipse, but we were in the midst of torrential rain, so neither the Lady nor her veil was visible... *pout*
Some highlites of this past week:
7th- took A. to Portland to see the Royal Lipizzaner Stallions.
Good show. The degree of training is fantastic. Very
beautiful horses. They also showed a Silver Spainish,
a truely magnificent animal.
12th- last Ride of the Season down to Hampton to store the Bike.
