I'm now back to full health again. I had an amazing weekend of intense meditation and hanging out with friends. I also spend hours the past couple of days spinning poi and learning new behind the back spinning techniques.

Amazing week. So much learning, so much experiencing. Life is ever evolving, and it appears as though evolution is speeding up so quickly.

Wow, the pirate party this weekend was absolutely awesome. Lot's of dancing, trancing, loving, and hugging. For awhile I was one with the whirling dervishes in an evolved neo-tribe style.

Wow!!! What a wonderful weekend of partying. A 2-day Luau with lots of games to be played (Frisbee, hula, twister, limbo), then the live tribal music and me getting to dance with the flaming poi. I've been to a lot of parties, and this one scored about a 9.5/10.

In truth not my sort of thing, I have been to some sit down trance/energy work groups and I alwyas feel hemmed in. I like to get outdoors and unfold the old wings and just follow where the body wills and that is not very condusive to groups.
