WOW!!! What a week!
New sets from Frankie & Hydra plus the debut set from the lovely Clio we SG members are terribly spoilt!

So... I had a pretty good weekend, Friday at my club was fun, Saturday I went down to Hampton Court Palace with Sipu & her sister who was visiting!
I'd not been there before but I am quite into history an old stuff so I had a good time!
They have the tudor kitchens there that were built 500 years ago by Henry VIII to cook for himslef an his huge court, they have people there who are actually cooking in the old fashioned way making dishes that would have been eaten by all the dudes 500 years ago, it was pretty impressive!

Sunday it was down to Kew Gardens which was boring as sh*t, sorry to all you horticulterists but seen one big plant seen em all!

It was nice not to have to get up for work on Monday an I after a nice long lie in I went down to Kent to see some old friends! Needless to say we got a bit merry!

I started at my new job on Tuesday! It has been great so far, yesterday I was home by 12 an today I was a bit late, didn 't get in until 2.30! I hope it carries on like this!

I was home so early yesterday that I was infact a little bored, after eating the whole contents of my fridge an ****ing myself silly (after all thats all there is to do when you are home early & alone) I decided the onky thing left to do was to go down the pub!

I went an sat outside the Blue Anchor by the river for a few hours an enjoyed the sunshine!



Looking fiorward to this weekend! I hope the club will be busy on Friday, we have the lovely Elin coming to DJ for us, she is all the way from Stockholm, Sweden an plays some really cool stuff!

So my beloved Finland won the eurovision song contest with a record number of points I might add!
As you may or may not know the winning euro vision country has to host the nest years event!
Finland's triumphant entry Lordi are from a town far up north in Lapland that lies on the edge of the arctic circle! I sincerley hope that whoever organises next years contest holds the event up there in Lapi an resists the temptation to stage it in Helsinki!
Helsinki is a truely beautiful city but I think people would really get a good taste of Finland if it was up in Lapland!

So apart from going mental over euro vision what have I been up to??

Last weekend was fun, my club was busy an I had Danny Faithless back on the decks with me after his absence! I've got a few guest DJ's coming up so the next couple of weeks should be good!

Saturday I went to see the little god son, he's coming along fine an I played him some Rancid & Inspiral Carpets on my head phones until Sipu mentioned to me that his 5 day old ears may not be ready for ska punk & organ driven indie just yet



Saturday nite was spent in Kings X eagerly watching euro vision an getting p*ssed! Sipu & I fell asleep on the N10 on the way home, only went about 20 minutes past our stop so not too bad!

I was told today that my stint working in Slough is finally over
On Tuesday I start a new job right in the heart of the city, close to the Bank Of England! It'll be so good to be back in the city, just as the weather is getting better too (hopefully)

Work has been ok lately, I have just been strangely horney while I have been there, this is weird as I work in an all male environment I have just had constant porn playing in my brain! weird. Luckily I have a friend who helps me out in times of need like this, thank you

So the weekend agian is almost upon us! An it's a long one
Of course I'll be at my club on Friday nite, SG'ers in the area are of course welcome! (I still plan to do an SGUK meet down there some time in the next couple of months so keep your eyes open)
Sunday I'll be out in Greenwich by the river for a bit of a pub crawl, sholuld be fun!

I'm a godfather!!! NO! Not a Sicillian mafia boss, the other kind of Godfather the kind who new parents ask to care for there child an show that child the way of the wise through their life!!

I personally think I am well suited for this job!
I have already thought of so much stuff I need to tell this tiny young man,

3) don't take drugs
4) support West Ham Utd
5) eat your veggies
6)..........er I'm sure I had more but I guess I forgot them

Well aside from that what else have I been up to??
This week I have been absolutely f**ked! I guess it is just my HUGE weekend catching up on me. I awoke Friday morning at 5.30am for work got through the day an then went down to Saint Moritz to DJ, it was a great nite an we were really busy I got home from there at 4am saturday morning an that left me only 2 hours to get myself showered an changed before I set of to Cardiff for the FA Cup final!
Arrived Cardiff 9.30am an until 5.45pm I was having the best f**kin time then this happened...

Oh well it was not to be!
thats enough about football!

Monday I was really up for going to see 'Death By Stereo' & the fabulous finnish hardcore band 'Endstand' with Jackie & Nutz but as I'm a f**kin pussy I was too f**kin tired an once again blew out a gig, I've got to snap out of this sh*t, I've only been 29 for 11 days an I've turned into a boring old c**t! Buy me a tartan blanket why don't you!

Jackie text me to say exactly how f**kin ACE the gig was so I was suitably angry with myself!
Well at least I got The Drips coming up

I'm really keen to do an SGUK meet at my club one nite, my club is on every Friday an I know SGUK meets are usually on Saturday's but I reckon if I get enough people interested it'll be a top nite! I just need to finalise the date!

My birthday weekend was f**kin fantastic! I got lots of cool gifts including, the Drips cd, a cricket bat + ball, a new football, stripey socks & new perfume!
Thank you Jackie so much for the t-shirts, I love them!

My birthday celebrations started at work on Friday, as is tradition in the buliding industry it was my duty as birthday boy to buy the cakes, I jumped in my co-workers car at tea break time an we headed off to Tesco (supermarket) I spent a grand total of £21.30 on cream cakes an krisy kreme donuts there are only 8 of us at my construction site right now so we had about 4 cakes each an then shared the left overs with other companies an the canteen girls, who gave me a free redbull

Friday nite started in a couple of pubs around Soho an then it was off to my club, it was a really good nite an I managed to play lots of my favourite tunes, MissRedCherry, Lalabinks, Tonja & Sipu kept me in good supply of cider all nite long, thanks so much guys for coming along!

Saturday I woke up with a small hangover but nothing a nice bacon sandwich (breakfast in bed) an a Nurofen couldn't handle! An then it was into the West End for shopping! I bought myself 2 12mm ear spikes from Tribu, my tunnels are only 10mm right now an I thought Awww f**k it, I'll force them in there no worries, I should have listen to the advice if the wise old CrackHeidi 'one millimetre at a time my son'
I tried my best to get em in there but in the end I gave up!

Saturday nite was spent with close friends in a few pubs around town an then onto a few clubs, for those of you who were in The Ship, sorry I didn't make it over there!

Sunday I went to football an it was ACE

This week has been dragging a bit at work but at least I got these guys to look forward to on Thursday nite with my top geezer Munch

should be a cool gig!

After the disapointment of not making it to see The Drips last time out an Munch telling me over an over again how f**kin awesome it was I am delighted that they are playing another show in June, everyone buy tickets an we'll make a nite of it!

Anyways, all for now, I really must go visit some other journals, thanks again for all the birthday wishes!

what a weekend
Friday as predicted my club was really busy, Lalabinks was there with lots of her friends so that was really cool! I had quite a few drinks but Saturday I woke up with NO hangover
I had no real plans for Saturday until the evening an the SGUK meet so I just wandered down by the river an had some nice lunch in one of the pubs down there, I got to The Ship around 6pm an there was already quite a few of the SGUK'ers there, some I knew some I didn't, I had a chat with Munch who was already looking a little merry an gave the lovely Rainwolfkin a wave!
I got myself a drink an introduced myself to everyone I didn't already know. In what seemed like no time at all an several pints of

later the party was in full swing! I was very merry indeed an having a ball!
My favourite moment of the eveing was when I reminded the lovely Jackie & MissRedCherry that it was indeed my birthday in only 7 days....


It was so good to meet everyone Saafa, Zoeeeeee, Iannnnnn, Doplex, TheDuke, Burning_In_Water, Moxious (who looked stunning) & my pal Peter_Minger who is an absolute STAR! And everyone else who I haven't mentioned!
After some more of this...
and the 'how many people in a 1 pair of braces' world record attempt the nice people at The Ship advised us that we would be served no more booze so it was time to go! I left Jackie, Iannnnnn & Zoeeeeee waiting as I went to look for a cashpoint that was actually working an a few hours later I woke up on my sofa at home sorry I missed the club guys, I guess I was more drunk than I thought an turned on my auto pilot?

Anyways it was a great nite an I can't wait for the next SGUK meet that I can make it to!

Sunday & Bank Holiday Monday basically went like this.. I now have a nasty gash just below my eyebrow! OUCH!

I was considering making May my second dry month of the year but with my birthday, 2 very important football matches & a few good gigs coming up it could be very hard or even abandoned! we'll see

F**K! I've had soo much to tell an I've had no time for the computer! Last weekend was absolutely ACE! my club was not as busy as I would have liked but there was some cool people in
Saturday was so f**kin nice that I just went down by the river near my place an sat outside the pub all day! Needless to say I ended up wasted I made a bet with an aussie guy down there that I could get a pizza delivered to the pub, he seemed to think this was an impossible task but of course nothing is impossible for the Yeoman 30 minutes after calling my large vegitarian pizza with extra jalapenos showed up an my new aussie friend went to the bar with his tail between his legs to get the drinks in
Sunday I went to a VERY important football match up in Birmingham, I know not everyone who reads this is into football so I'll keep it short, it was a long day with lots of booze but my team won 1 goal to 0 an it means the world to us!
Monday I returned to work after my 11 days off, it sucked an was a total shock to the system I got through the morning thinking of the nite ahead, I was supposed to be going to see The Drips with Munch, Jackie & MissRedCherry. Alas due to a mixture of work problems, no f**kin money at all an personal sh*t I couldn't make it!
I'm so sorry guys for letting you down, MissRedCherry I'll make it up to you I promise!
I'm so f**kin glad it's Friday tomorrow! Everyone has been paid so my club should be back to it's usual busy self, Lalabinks has a friend who will be celebrating their birthday down there so that should be fun
It's the SGUK meet on Saturday an I'm hoping to get along to that, I reckon it'll be a f**kin stormer of a nite

So I'm back from Barcelona, it was fun there an sunny which was nice! I took some photo's so I'll post them soon!

As I mentioned in my last entry, before I went to Spain I had a nite out with Jackie, we went to see Lawrence Arms & No Use For A Name at the Astoria, it was an awesome nite an as I mentioned we drank an danced like there was no tomorrow!
Alas there was a tomorrow but I was just thankful that I didn't have to go to work like poor Jackie! I DJ'd my club on good Friday an it was a good nite, we wasn't as busy as usual an I guess it was because just like me everyone had been out an drunk far too much on Thursday!

Saturday I woke up to a knock at the door an it was the postman with this...


It's a parcel all the way from the US of A from my buddie Nacho, I was well pleased to get it, it contained some new t-shirts from Machete Merch an some stickers an a T-shirt of the local beer brewed in Nacho's home town! Thanks Nate, you're a star dude

Anyways I arrived with Sipu in Barcelona at 9am Sunday morning, we found our hotel an were promptly told they hadn't recieved out reservation from Expedia I shit myself but Sipu sorted it out an the man behind the desk was very nice! We got a lovely **** room up on the top floor over looking the square below! Nice!

We went out an checked out the Guadi cathedral thing that has been under construction for like 100 years, it was pretty!
I wasn't real sure of what else Barcelona had to offer but a Catalan co-worker of Sipu's had given her some tips so we headed down La Rambla an had a look at all that stuff.
After a little siesta we needed somewhere cool to go party an Lalabinks had told me about a club close to La Rambla, with the loosest directions ever I managed to find it an altough the DJ didn't play any of my requsets she did glady accept my gift of a LAID club badge

On the walk back to the hotel as I was munching on my Maoz falafel (the lonely planet said this was the best falafel in the world, not wrong) I saw an ad on a bus stop an had to look twice, in my drunken haze I was sure the face looking back at me advertising Dove Body Wash was that of our very own beloved Jackie...

Anyways, all I was interested in after that was visiting the famous Nou Camp stadium, for people who don't like football/soccer that must sound as bring as shit but I f**kin loved it, just look at the size of the place!

f**kin amazing!

Oh well I'm back in London now an I'm off work til Monday, no plans for today so I guess I'll veg out an tidy the flat, tomorrow it's back down the club to DJ then Sunday I'm off up to Birmingham to see a very important game of football wish my team luck! So not looking forward to going back to work on Monday, especially as all I'll be thinking about is The Drips gig that nite! If anyone else is going I'll see you there!
