I woke up to a bolt in my tire today..Geeerrrr!!! I just love getting dirty right before work and running because some lazy ass left a box of bots on the back of there truck, put them where they go FUCK STICK!!! Just had to vent a bit.... 
Birthday Friday and heading to the Central coast for the long weekend with my girls. Relaxing and good food is hard to beat!
I quite smoking on Sunday so I am on my 5th day with just a patch. Doing good but every now and then I want to punch anyone that is bugging the shit out of me at the time, or a wall. I will say that if I see any kid say under 20 smoking I am going to slap the shit out of them and tell them how stupid they are. This quitting thing FUCKING BLOWS!!!!
