I have lost 10lbs in the last month... no gimmick.... just hard work and portion control not to mention cutting out starch and complete junk....

Loving it and not stopping til i hit 130! love

Awesome. Keep it up. I'm at about -20 lbs for over the last 31 days myself. It's hard work, but it's worth it. I feel SO much better than I did early last month.

Me and Rhana are going. I got the tickets the second they went on sale to the public and all I could get was the very last row, zz. Everything else was lawn. Tickets are tough to come by. I'm actually a bigger fan than Rhana is and I know most of the older stuff. Hopefully they'll play a lot off Dude Ranch, but I doubt it.

Does anyone need to build their photography portfolio? My camera has taken a turn for the worse and will not work on a macro level and i need better pictures of jewelery for my website. My apartment has horrible lighting and I rely on natural light from my deck most of the time....

Shirli died on friday from cardiac arrest.... she was 25 years old.....
Renee a lady I use to hire me to babysit her kids died Friday.... she was 43... and had a tumor on her adreniline gland...

I seriously emotionally can not handle loosing anyone else this week...

Worst vacation ever.... seriously..

My grandpa has had two heart attacks within the last 8 hours... he is on life support and things aren't looking good.... I feel helpless.
