I'm in Park City right now, though. It's cute. Last night we were in West Wendover, NV. We drove through the salt flats. That shit is, like, straight up moon territory. It looked like an alien planet.

4 cats - 2 girls, 2 boys. One is peeing because the oldest male cat is being a dick to her. The male cats are coughing up hair balls all over and nobody's changing the litter box out. It's a well known fact around here that dealing with litter boxes makes me puke.

REALLY carefully.
With arms down.
Gentle abs strengthener. Draw your tailbone down towards the floor.
Tree.
Again, draw your tailbone down, go easy, not too deeply.
Hips.
Quads.
Gentle hamstring.
A good start.........i would just maybe print the pages out and make a warm-up order that feels good.....have them in front of you at first. Let me know if you have questions. Be REALLY careful.....some may look passive, but can pull.
