hey all (anyone), I'm being awfully lazy recently and I'm logging on to this site more and more (a good or a bad sign), anyway big news in red's world is I'm on a fucking diet, yes slender hips and toned abs here I come, me needs to lose a few pounds, anyway I have my Beverly Callard fitness tape on standby (Corenation Street dudette). Any tips would be much appreciated and I'll mark my progress on here (coz I'm just that interesting). Thanks for all the comments guys.
