Good I hate it when people think they are going to loose weight jsut by reading a magazine!!!

A good tip for losing weight, although admiteddly it might sound a bit shite, is to get a bike and use that for a while instead of a car or a bus. Combined with a healthier diet it should help the pounds drop off you a bit quicker :p
