Reunions I approve of: Rage Against the Machine, Roxy Music, The Police, Smashing Pumpkins (I hope Iha is involved, tho)... I hear that James is getting back together as well, and while I don't really care, I may decide to care if Eno steps in to produce again. I reserve the right to care about a band that I do not care about.

You want to know the reunion I really want? Actually, it fucking happened for 1 show last year but I wasn't living in NYC anymore: Olivia Tremor Control! C'mon, motherfuckers, get it together and tour!

Reunions I do not care about (not that I have anything against the bands involved): Van Halen, Jesus and Mary Chain, Crowded House...

I am drunk as fuck and realized that an update was long past due. Hmmm, update, update. It was -35 this weekend in Minneapolis. I've been playing the Warcraft expansion a whole fuckload since its release. I bought the camera that Kenneth Anger used to shoot "Fireworks" from Dr. Anger himself over lunch here in Mpls at my job at the Walker. Details on my blog, etc.

I remember the halcyon days when SG *was* my blog for a while while fourteenseconds rotted. Good times. But really, who needs whiny shit when I could just write endlessly on the old site about tits and testicles?

Tip a bottle for Halsonic, who has apparently fled the fleeced confines of SG-land! Woe is us!

Yesterday was good times! Those that know me well know of my intense, weird-ass fascination with all things Bond, and going to see Casino Royale was a trip. It really is astonishingly good. No old-school Bond fan will be even a tiny bit disappointed, I can tell you! If "Dr. No" is one of your favorites, you're in a for a real treat!

Then me and Mrs. Machfive ate some fancy dancy food, shopped around MOA for a couple hours (me buy sexy coat) and moseyed into Gamestop to pick up my preordered Nintendo Wii at the midnite launch. Eeeeexcellent.

Then I stayed up until 3 in the morning playing tennis and bowling by just swinging my goddamn arms around in my living room. Shit, it is awesome. I picked up Zelda and the only reason I haven't played it yet is because my component video cables come tomorrow, and I am pretty much the same way with Zelda that I am with Bond, and even though it's killing me inside I know that I will thank myself when I play the new Zelda for the first time in glorious HD

Adrenaline is still oozing out of me from what has to be about the best day in recent memory - new Bond AND new Nintendo? You might as well shoot me right now... On second thought, wait till I plug Zelda in
