I'm really looking forward to the end of the semester. One more year and then I get to go back to school, though future employment will have to be at a university. I'm spoiled rotten by all of the breaks. I can't imagine a 365 day a year job anymore. Fortunately, Universities are constantly in need of executive chefs.
