Oh Jesus!!! My girls' been having that same dream. I personally thought it was a subconscious manifestation of her stripping. I mean, as a stripper you're constantly exposed to harassment, rude comments, propositions, and being treated all around like meat. And even though they pretty much learn to shut it down and wipe their ass with the whole thing, it can still manifest itself through other subconscious ways. She pretty much agreed through lack of a better explanation, but again, I could be wrong. As for you, I guess if you found it so upsetting, then maybe it could be a subconscious manifestation as well. Of what? Maybe you know...
