i havent been to here for ages!
i ve been working away from home. i m now based in liverpool for a 6 month work thing which i m pleased about because i lived here befor for about 2 years and loved the place. its got a real good vibe about the town and compared to london it seems to suit me better. since my last blog(long time ago) i ve had my right arm japanese sleeve finished off and i m really please with it, it was done by Ian Flower of newskool tattoos in ewell near epsom and i cant recomend him enough for tradional japanese work. theres some pics in my pictures bit there not the best quality and i ll post up some better ones once i get the chance.
One good thing about being back in liverpool for awhile is that my favourite tattoo artist is based here. Richie Clarke of Tribalife, Richies a real good bloke and a great artist, he drew up a guns n roses inspired piece for my leg and it has worked out amazing i couldnt have hoped for it to look better. i ve been talking to Richie about sleeving my other arm while i m in town and we are going to start planning it soon, i m going to stick with the japanese theme and am thinking of a honyu mask, pieny flower, cherry blosums and mapel leafs with tradional japanese shading to tie it all together. should be making a start on it in the next few weeks hopefully.
i ve started to do some more photography and have put a few examples of my work in my pictures, i used to do alot of photography but kinda lost interest in it for awhile but through a strange set of circustances a girl in liverpool contacted me through some old pics i had done (seeing i had been away from liverpool for nearly 2 years and had just come back into town i thought this was kinda mad timing!) and wanted me to do some portfolio pictures for her which i did and she was over the moon with it and showed her mates in the lapdancing club where she works and her boss got in touch with me and want me to do all the photography of the girls for the club ( maybe there be a new SG girl lurking in there! its been a strange set of conicedences but on sunday i m taking pictures of the first 4 girls in the club and over the next few weeks will have photographed all 20 girls. i m really looking forward to this as i have always wanted to do some shots of girls on poles and in a kinda seedy looking club. i ll post some pics up once i have done them.
hope everyone is well.
cheers
