So i started back on a diet today. I am sick of being overweight and unhappy. I am not joining a diet group like weight watchers or Jenny Craig or anything like that. I am going to try a combination of things that have worked for me in the past (e.g. myfitnesspal app, no take-out or fast food, going to gym every day or night, and the last but hardest trying new foods). I am also going to try something new I am going to use the internet to help me through encouragement, typically I try to reach into myself to find that courage to make it over a hump but it doesnt seem to be working in my weight loss life. So I will be using facebook, twitter, and here on my blog and in the weight loss forum to post about what I am eating that day, what exercises I have done, and if I happen to be struggling I will also communicate. I do not want to be at this weight ever again and I mean it!
