Broke down and had pizza today but I only ate a little over my calories and I went walking after so I am pretty sure I fell under my required calories or at least at calories. Oh well, strict again tomorrow and hardcore exercising to make sure this pizza doesnt bite me in the ass, literally.

You can have some small slip ups like that every once in a while. I did Friendly's yesterday but went for a run today in exchange for eating disgustingly good but fatty food. You're only human; it's okay
