Motivationn to work out is hard,but to keep the weight off is even harder .
I really need to make a gaol and stick to it i kept it good for 2 years very dedicatedand then of course it happened i gained10 pounds ,always the hardest to loose ,the pressure man the pressure .
I run i do minor weight/strength training whatever its called to tone my arms but overall i run it works best for me always has and i enjoy it .I just dont understand why i slacked off maybe the people i hang with or maybe just pure lazy ass excuses .
Well the point is im at it again and putting my best efforts at it .
