I signed up for okcupid.com tonight. I'm feeling kinda weird about it honestly, I really don't think I am ready to date again. Not necessarily because of any emotional distress, mostly because I haven't gotten my shit back together since I went into the hospital for going nuts. My finances are a mess, I'm still looking for a job which I won't absolutely despise... I dunno. Maybe I'll just make some new friends on there and see where it takes me. That or I'll do the questions and tests for a week and then never log onto the site again (much like my relationship with Myspace).
Going to a birthday party at a club with free drinks and strippers tomorrow. Kinda anxious, I've never gone to anything like that before. Not to sound like a prude, but I'm not especially looking forward to ladies stripping in front of me with 100 other people there. However: free drinks. I'll actually probably only have a drink or two, unless they have Jack & Coke. In which case, I am going to black the fuck out and make a total dick of myself.
On Sunday my friends and I are going to Atlanta to see Children of Bodom and In Flames. I'm really not a huge metal fan (I never listen to any metal at home), but I really like going to the shows. Plus, I don't have to drive. And if I don't have to drive, I'll pretty much go anywhere. Anyway, I'll probably check in after the party tomorrow (talking to the three people tops who will read this).
