For Issa/Jane Siberry Haiku timothy r gates 9/03/2009
blessings without hues
dirges finding their tune's muse
brush strokes find repose
(i'm stoked, i'm receiving a new CD via this artist for this. just cool for me, that's all. www.myspace.com/issalight )
'other flower' timothy r gates, 9/02/2009
a rose
is a rose,
of course
it's a flower,
too
thorns,
too
foliage, sometimes,
too
when they crawl, spiraling
up, down
a terrace of lattice
opening, closing their
lips
more than amazing.
Then there's you,
the other
flower.
'park bench' timothy r gates, 8/27/2009
across the room
eclipsed by space
time
she sits
he does not resist,
nor she
far and near
as a
park bench
each open their chosen
book to show the
other, finding
the other's words
written, sketched, scribbled
loved.
'veil of sorts' timothy r gates, 9/01/2009
Veil
Hijab
Covering
opening, see me if you
can
catch me if you
dare.
Holy of holies
precipice of darkness
my old friend,
separation of things
uniter of friends
icon
door, see what is
here
window of another eye.
No-thing is
hidden
Every-thing is
revealed.
Behold!
blessings without hues
