name it or them
name it and claim it!
It's still ours to live!
Interment camps, Incineration camps
bombs, fires, disease, indifference to another's weeping
why do we so easily not hear
'where's your brother or sister?'
(still see that boy, shaking in the corner,
praying for that hand to be stayed.)
I am you...
**Hiroshima and Nagasaki, received the Atomic Bomb, 'The Bomb,' on the first on August 6 and the second on August 9, 1945, the first with a warning, the second without any. America with the blessing
of her Allies did this. However, Japan did as unworthy of a thing to China, and China to Tibet, and Germany to Russia as Russia to Germany. Few save for some Christians with a few others tried to rescue the Jews being thrown to their deaths, finding themselves being a temporary assuage to Auschwitz's gas and flames. The innate problem with the doing of war is that it is self perpetuating. Most times when a soldier kills another soldier they also happen to be loved by someone that now will be place in morning. Next is the need for justice, as it is called, to avenge the death of their much loved one. Again, it is self perpetuating. Our nation's leaders war so well, it would be a delight of beauty to see them do peace at least with an equal passion.
