So much new shit. I got a roommate, and coincidentally also a lover. So that's new! It's been a couple years since I've been with anybody, and the first time living with one. I have to admit, I forgot just about completely, about some of the things estrogen can do to a brain. But, never one to shy away from a challenge, I'm adapting nicely.
Tomorrow is my mom's birthday, and also the day I start professionally recording my first album. I'm so very excited... And two weeks from tomorrow, I'm going to start going back to my martial art full time. After about 2 years of being out of it for one reason or another.
Currently, someone outside is listening to mariachi stuff. Well played, Salt Lake. Way to keep me on my toes!
Last night was one for the books. I don't remember all that happened... So that's a great start, yeah? There was an outdoor local music festival, and I did not dress for all 22 degrees that graced us. However... I did find... Free booze. And a couple of fine gents to smoke me out. Turns out that pot brings me so in touch with my body that I started doing martial art shit. The stoned ninja!
What else... Writing a lot. As usual. I haven't been on here so much as there's been too much life stuff going on. I'll be sure to keep you updated though. I'll start posting some videos of my music and what not. It's just that I'm figuring out a lot of the logistics/business side of things at the moment, and it's kind of taking precedence over everything else.
