The Dirty Hippies Guide to Nuke-Ye-Ler Power.

Here's the thing eco-kids, If I asked you to name the form of electricity generation that accounts for more than half our national power generation, creates vast amount of radioactive waste, and poses a radioactivity and ecological hazard to the citizens living near generating plans, what would you pick?

The answer is Coal.

Nuclear power represents less than...

In the short run, nuclear power is the better option, but in both cases we're talking non-renewable (in any reasonable approximation of decent time periods) energy. Unless we can get up and start mining the asteroid field (which would just put the problem off a few millenia) nuclear power is not a sustainable plan for future energy needs.

Course, I'm a scifi nut, so I dream of little robots turning the mares of the moons into giant solar collecters. As long as someone doesn't make it an international park or something.

I'm back Kids.

And now a word about Soap.

Chances are, you've never used soap. You've used encapsulated detergent. Soap is the product of a chemical reaction between an alkali (almost always Lye) and an oil (Animal Fats in the old days, Person fats in Fight Club, Vegetable Oils in most hand made soap.) problem with that is, that reaction can take weeks to complete...

Thank you for your recent email to myeviltwin.

Due to the high volume of stupid, dumbassed, rude, disgusting, appalling, revolting, phone sex requests she gets on a daily basis, they are now being refered to me, her resident secretary, pit bull, and (for your information) boyfriend.

For somebody who is purportedly a big fan of Amy's profile and journal you seem to have completely missed...

All the news :

I shall be brief.

Short film premiered at Project Resolution Short Film Festival and was well received. Go Us. the Q&A wasn't quite excruciating as I'd feared, but then I'm used to public speaking.

We have a new place to live! Move-in date for the new apartment is the 20th of this month. Any able-bodied richmond people who'd like to help...

Many thanks for all the birthday wishes. You all rock. Rumors of my long hair's death are not in fact even a little exagerated. I'm nearly bald. It gives me that zexy Young Charles Xavier look. Like I could remove willing panties with my telepathic powers.

Moving is afoot, still in richmond but up the street, finally I can do without the stoner roomate of...

Heehee... Wonka-ite...

"Lust of my life"...that is great. I mean, I am madly in love AND madly in lust with this guy, and vice versa, but the lust part doesn't occasionally cause "why the fuck did you say/do that?" fights...therefore the clear winner in the fun dept.
