NEW YORK SAVED MY LIFE

Cadence and I recently took an impromptu trip to NYC. We had been temporarily broken up, and things were a little tense, despite us still being insanely in love. Just something wasn't right, so we took some time. In that time, it all became clear again why I loved having her in my life. Anytime anything good happened without her, its like I was all alone in a room full of people.

Well, the moral is of course never give up on what you know to be true. We both knew that this was it. We ended up letting trivial shit get in the way, and we almost lost the greatest thing in our lives, but we saved it. New York saved it. We were along for the ride.
