i have a 2 year old ice-white t-cup poodle, and because of my concern of using non-natural ingrediants on her i do this:
for a blue/purple coat: boil purple cabbage in water, drain, let cool, and use a spray bottle to spritz dogs fur to desired shade.
for orange: boil a mix of onion, and turnip, let cool, and repeat as above
for red/pink, use crushed strawberries and turnip, repeat as above.
to darken a colour, add a few drops of food coloring to the spray bottle
NOTE: if you use any of these recipes on your dog, be warned it may take up to 3 weeks for their coat to come clean
hope this helps, ~*~Chloe~*~ : )
( the groomer behind my house has bottled dog hair dye in her shop, BUT it might have been "homemade" like the above recipe, i didn't ask since i don't have my dogs dyed lol )
but there IS dog/cat/rabbit/whatever dye "color wands" (think like a mascara wand type thing) they sell them in fosters pet supply magazine and NES , some people use blow pens ( it is a vegetable based dye so it washes out safe) for more details stuff
