Okay, so I want to dye my pit bull's white sections pink. I would obviously be going to a groomer for this, so i don't hurt her, but has anyone ever done this? i saw some girl on mtv do it to her poodle. maybe id just get her feet …
you can use manic panic on your doggie, but that't about the only dye that is not toxic to them. to the best of my knowledge, they do not make doggie dye, and i've known a few groomers and heard nothing of it. use manic panic, just make sure to rinse well and of course, avoid the eyes

i have a 2 year old ice-white t-cup poodle, and because of my concern of using non-natural ingrediants on her i do this:
for a blue/purple coat: boil purple cabbage in water, drain, let cool, and use a spray bottle to spritz dogs fur to desired shade.
for orange: boil a mix of onion, and turnip, let cool, and repeat as above
for red/pink, use crushed strawberries and turnip, repeat as above.
to darken a colour, add a few drops of food coloring to the spray bottle
NOTE: if you use any of these recipes on your dog, be warned it may take up to 3 weeks for their coat to come clean
hope this helps, ~*~Chloe~*~ : )
( the groomer behind my house has bottled dog hair dye in her shop, BUT it might have been "homemade" like the above recipe, i didn't ask since i don't have my dogs dyed lol )
but there IS dog/cat/rabbit/whatever dye "color wands" (think like a mascara wand type thing) they sell them in fosters pet supply magazine and NES , some people use blow pens ( it is a vegetable based dye so it washes out safe) for more details stuff
I tried to search this topic but did not find anything. I am putting out a call to all of you lovely women with big boos to submit sets for member review. I follow the new sets in member review and on the front page and I have found that …
