Brendas First Night Home
Brenda and wyspurr made it home safe and sound Thursday night just before midnight in accordance with my prediction. As can be imagined I was both very relieved and very happy. I love them both immensely and that night I enjoyed one of my favorite joys. That of sleeping cuddled between two beautiful women whom I adore. Not before having some intimate time with Brenda, though. The three of us all spent a good bit of time talking in bed before going to sleep too.
Come morning, Brenda and I took Destiny to the bus stop. Libertys husband, whose name I dont know, was there with their daughter. We had tried to explain to Destiny that she couldnt talk about Brenda being my girlfriend. We told that if anyone asked that Brenda was her au pair or nanny, which is pretty much true at least as far as Brendas relationship to Destiny. Destiny said she understood. So of course at the bus stop Destiny started excitedly talking about having two moms. Oi. We were out there a long time too since the bus never arrived. We almost gave up and started walking but fortunately another parent drove by and offered to drive Destiny to school with her kids (Libertys husband and daughter) had already quit and left. So we didnt have to walk and I got to watch Brendas reaction to the frost, which shed never seen before. Being from Florida her reaction to frosty weather was both adorable and amusing.
Once back inside, Brenda took a shower and since katfireblade had gone to work and both BigBlack81 and Rachael were asleep I decided to join her. After we were done frolicking in the shower and having a good scrog we snuggled back to sleep.
Papa Johns, Day 1
I started at Papa Johns yesterday. It was a little awkward. I went in and the manager on duty, Brent, had no idea that I was supposed to be starting. So he just gave me a quick rundown of the order taking software, which is an extremely annoying piece of archaic crap, and threw me on the phones taking orders. This was highly annoying because I really prefer avoiding dealing with both customers and phones so having to deal with customers on the phone is one of my least favorite work activities. Especially since I have to input their orders into an annoyingly quirky program that infuriates me. The only other thing I learned to do was how to fold boxes and stick stickers on them. Its my impression that for a while at least Im going to be phone guy. That sucks so much ass that Im probably going to hit the ground running looking for a new job.
Still, besides that and the drop in pay I dont have any complaints and theres a lot of ways that this job is better than Einstein Bros. Foremost is the fact that I dont have to work at four in the morning. Ill be getting full time hours so even with the wage drop Ill be bringing twice as much money into the household. Ill get paid every week on Friday instead of every other week on Tuesday. I havent found any reason to dislike any of the people I work with except for one guy who seemed annoyed with me for no other reason than that I was new and didnt instantly have the hang of what I was supposed to be doing at all times.
So all in all it wasnt too bad. I dont know that Ill want to stick around as the work environment is too chaotic for my tastes but I dont regret quitting Einstein Bros.
