Sweet Jesus, is there anywhere in the world more beautiful then Texas in the spring time? Driving around the weather is just absolute perfection, the blue bonnets are starting to blossom en masse, and the humidity isn't high, but it's not low. The temperature is perfect. God, driving around with my windows down (having a sliding rear window is fucking awesome - if you open that and the rest of the windows on the highway, it's quiet, none of that loud roaring wind sound, I fucking love it!), I feel pain in my heart because I know how much I'm going to miss Texas. This is my home, and that I'm going to leave it bothers me. Sure, Washington is beautiful and all, but in an entirely different way.
My shoulder is killing me. All that yard work I'm doing at one of my rentals is murder. Today I accidentally doused my whole right side in gasoline and had to haul ass home (50 miles) to take a quick shower cause it burned like hell. Then I got all sickly and started feeling all nasty and kind of high. Not exactly fun, but not too bad. Even the headache didn't hurt, it just felt weird.
Am watching Terms of Endearment (I think - the one with Lithgow and that chick from Urban Cowboy, "Sissy", and Devito and Nicholson). Must say, pretty good, even for a chick flick. Midnight movies on antennae are cool.
Well, I better go. Stupid me just took a nap, so I'll be awake way too late tonight. Feel like doing some laundry and taking another shower (if the hot water is working - it's been on and off all week). Also need to get ready to move out. Figure I'll skip out on the last day of this month and spend my last fifteen days in Texas staying with my Grandpa in Boerne and finishing up work here in San Antonio during the day. Hell of a commute, but I'll make it work.

I can understand why you would fly with delta after that kind of effort.
