After a doc appt, stopped off @ Costco and picked up some healthy eatin' type stuff to get me ready for the coming weeks. Went to the gym later in the afternoon, was surprised @ how packed it was until I remembered it was a holiday ^^ (I work Tues - Sat, so I normally have Monday off) Was pretty happy with my triceps sets, new personal record for 9 reps,couldn't quite get 10 on plate loaded dip machine @ 3 plates / side (270lbs). Hey, we all have to start somewhere. I'm about 1 1/2 months back in the gym after taking a month or so off after blowing out my back during dumbbell shrugs...pretty epic fail... YTD I have lost ~6 lbs; I want to lose another 22 or so, and then see how I'm doing, what my BF % is at, all that kinda fun stuff. All in all, a fairly well spent day off. I didn't get my request in for my official transcripts to be sent to WWU, kinda wish I hadn't dropped the ball on that one. Found out that CWU's admission requirements are nowhere near as stringent as WWU, and with my cumulative GPA on my AA, I am pretty much guaranteed admission. So, if I fail to get accepted to WWU, I do have a backup plan. Time to do laundry and get ready for the coming week...
