Boo.

i noticed that i haven't posted for a while. not that this is a proper post, but it is filler. kinda.

life continues, addictions continue, and so do cute girls. I recently have picked up another addiction, one that likes being hit and wears a collar. it's new for me. i like it, but i'll admit it is different. there's a longer story there,...

When he says hooked, he really means it. biggrin

Yeah, it was a good weekend. A bit tiring, but fun and memorable nonetheless.

Little Britain, heh. Whatcha think of that?

We're always looking for more people to draft into our ranks on VanIsle.

So remember: we're watching!

Ouch. There's this spot, just out of my reach, slightly below my shoulder blade. It pinches whenever i raise my arm up too high, and i recieved this lovely ball of pain while wearing Armor and being hit with a big stick. (go SCA !)

and i do enjoy earning those knots, its the rest of the time i spend with them that i don't...

Aloha.

I guess i should mention that at the moment, i'm an out-of-work photographer, currently overthinking life and a little lost. I've done Photos for 3-4 years, portraits mostly, and recently i've decided to quit my previous occupation due to personal conflicts with my manager.

Which leaves me... Dazed. Confused. It seems the time i wanted to take for myself has become the bane of...

Well, hmm.. a shortened version of my story. Basically I have an ex thats long distance, we were together for 2 and a half years. And we broke up because of the long distance. Its been about a year. I know that I still care for him. So I decided to test the waters, see if there was anything still there. I started talking to his mom and sister again, found out that he was not very happy with a new girlfriend that hes currently with. Out of no where, after a whole bunch of email with mom and sister he texts me and tells me that I was in his dreams. We talk on the phone for the first time in a year and a bit. He tells me he still loves me. I tell him the same.. and long story short. He decides to blow me off for the girl that he doesnt know if he loves, and that hes "pretty happy" with ... "right now."

So, Im trying to put that behind me and start fresh. In the last 3+ years.. this is the first time Ive been single. (Im not really much of a fan of it. ..to be honest.) Im 26. I have my own place. Im a real estate assistant. .... yep thats pretty much it.

Does that satisfy your curosity? tongue What do I want to know about you? Primarily, what brought you onto SG.. Girlfriend? What do you do to fill your time?

Well, it really depends what the market it like in your choice of city. I dont really know what its like there.. Considering being a first time buyer in calgary right now, is retarded. Prices are so inflated ...here right now. To buy a starter house.. your looking at spending over $300,000 which is a little retarded. Same with condos too. My girlfriend bought her condo a couple years ago.. only a couple of years ago.. for $108,000. Now she could sell it for close to $250,000 or more.

Thats the kind of things that are happening here. I dont know what the market is like in BC though. It may be completly different. If you have the money though, I reccomend using an agent. There is a WHOLE lot of crap that you have to deal with.. thats really not worth doing yourself. So yeah..

haha. what else can I tell you?

Aloha. I am new. i am a person, like you. I enjoy life. more than i should at times, and i indulge more than a little. i don't focus very well, but it seems that passion at times can make up for it.

Currently, i'm wandering between jobs and hoping to find one that fits. i'll let you know more if you ask. i always...

I'm originally from the New Orleans area.

To cut your backreading short (if you want to read all of it feel free). I graduated college in May 2004, ULM then moved to Shreveport, La in August 2004 with a then boyfriend. I actually meet my boyfriend while in an 'open' relationship and had previously applied and was accepted to graduate school in Miami (August2003) while in Shreveport. He was working for a company located in Fort Lauderdale( a company I now work for) and I fell in love, real love, and within months, I was here. Fort Lauderdale, December 2004. WHEW.

I work, in HR as my steady job. It pays the bills. Grad school fell through and I have opened my own production company. It's still in the beginning stages but I own sweet video equipment.

Might I suggest,SG Hopefuls as a group you should and may want to join, if you haven't done all ready. There are a lot of girls that would totally benefit from your expertise in photography if you'd ever lend a helping hand...

How does it feel to be lost?

Merry Christmashannaqwanzikah!

Well.. Its a long story. But you know, its just not worth it to go into. Im trying my best to forget.

It sounds nice that your going to be doing present delivery tomorrow. I bet it will be wonderful. Is all of your family in town, or do you have to be somewhere else for xmas?

Tell me a bit more about yourself.
