yay! Mega-T works! I've taken this green tea suppliment for two weeks without checking my weight (plus diet and VERY little exercize) and i lost 5 lbs! The box says you can "lose up to 20 pounds" but i don't even need that much. Anyone who wants to lose weight... i highly reccomend Mega-T
