Well, it's time for me to renew my membership and I honestly don't know if I'll have enough money this month. SO, you may not see me for a while. However, once I get some cash, I WILL return!

Strange stuff, huh?

There's a ghost of a little old turn-of-the-century type woman, that lives in our house. We've seen her many times. She has her hair up in a bun, and wears an oldfashioned dress. I've seen her clearly on a few occassions. Other times, you just catch a glimps.
I've seen her standing in the front hallway, also gliding through the bedroom. We've seen her go up non-existant stairs. the land where my house is, was a pineapple plantation years ago. I'm convinced that there was an old farmhouse here, at one time.
The dogs see her all the time. They will just start barking (not like them at all) in the hallway, looking up at about eye level, as if someone was there. She's usually most active, when I rip out part of the house to remodel something.
Our neighbors next door, have also had a number of creepy experiences, but they've never actually seen anything.

I've collaborated in another youtube video. This one's bigger, with tons of participants including some pretty big names. But, I'm in this twice. Once near the beginning and once near the end. Watch until the end, I do something pretty...um...different.

She used to have dreams where she was a secret agent a lot. She liked those. I don't really dream. When I do though, it's usually real world nightmare stuff, like getting dumped or losing my job.

Thanks for the attention-whoring induced comment. For some reason my usual SG friends have let me down. frown

I spent my twenties and thirties being religious. While it kept me out of a lot of trouble I can't say it isn't without regrets for not doing things I really enjoyed. And now that I have the responsibility of a family, like you, I -still- can't do some of the things I really enjoyed. I -still- have dreams of smoking that funny stuff, more than 25 years out of high school.

DAMN. I AM old.

Your first white hair.

I got mine at 18. Totally grey at 34. And much better looking than I was before.

Don't fret the grey hair, cutie.

Ah... shucks.

It's time for a new blog.

This past Saturday, my cousin Jennifer got married. I haven't seen her in years, but she's a sweet person. I decided to go. I got her some very pretty ceramic vases and created a beautiful watercolor card with kissing doves. I got dressed up as much as I could dress up and still be able to wrangle my children....

This past weekend, I visited my grandmother at her new nursing home. As I said in an earlier blog, she very recently went spiraling into dementia and has gotten down to probably no more than 65 lbs. Everyone told me to be prepared for the worst, but I still really looked forward to seeing her. She was more my mother than my mother was and...

I'm not sure what to say other than *BIG HUGS* and God bless you. Your story reminded me a bit of my husband's mother passing away about five years ago. She was only 53, and he was only 22 at the time, we weren't even married yet. Sometimes life does feel very unjust.
