The best thing about cleaning up is that you have a sense of accomplishment afterwards... Today, starr_light and I tackled the bathroom, living room and kitchen. It's almost as if we're in a new house.

We didn't have to move in August, which is awesome, because that would have sucked. I'm not so down with moving around so much. We were going to get moved...

My lord do you sound like me. The resemblances are stacking up, at least in this respect. That comment you left could have come right from my mouth, within the spectre of a few details.

i'm always a proponent of voting strategically, though - but sometimes it doesn't matter. in the federal election last fall it really didn't - i was living in mount pleasant and that riding goes NDP pretty much no matter what i do. but this time i actually could have made a difference, especially if i'd talked to the neighbourhood. ack.

(it bothers me that it's spelled "caliber" and not "calibre", though according to spellcheck, caliber is correct and calibre is not.)

I awoke early and raced to Parksville for an amazing haircut from a friend, then returned to help make the preparations for the afternoon and evening.

My Dad was the first to arrive. He's a good man, a...

I haven't posted in quite some time, and I must admit it rarely comes to mind.

I'm a guy, I'm not single.

So, really, who would read this?
