My work computer was infected by the mack daddy motherfucker of all trojans today. No, I wasn't surfing the gutters of the internetz, this started with a javascript exploit that made its way into an ad on one of the news sites I frequent. To this you might say, well that's why I use NoScript. Yeah, I agree, and yet somehow, the existence of NoScript somehow escaped me until today. Some little gaps in knowledge are more painful than others.

The upside? I get a shiny new laptop.

Update: Didn't get the house. Not the best week, it seems.
