It's 5AM and I still haven't gone to bed.. I couldn't resist the chance to salvage 3 computers that were either bought for practically nothing or free! 6 hours later I have 2 more functioning laptops and a kick ass linux box! I ressurected an old IBM Aptiva workstation (167MHZ Pentium nothing) and threw Damn Small Linux on it. Unlike microsloth, it only took me an hour to have a fully functioning machine. Funny thing is for an old machine, it's twice as fast as my 2.7GHZ AMD box running microsloth windoze xp! So the Aptiva's new job is to be my MP3 server for my whole house music system. Next was a Dell Latitude CPI (PII 400MHZ W/256MB RAM) which I picked up for $100. I like the Latitudes cuz they're light and the parts are all interchangeable with eachother. (I have 7 or 8 of them now) After about 3 hours I had microsloth windoze 2000 running just fine, but I decided to do a dual boot with Damn Small Linux as well. I now have a decent laptop to travel with and for $100 who gives a shit if it gets dropped or stolen. Next we have a Sony *rolls eyes* Vaio (AMD W/256MB RAM) which was a good machine with the exception of it's insanely tiny 12" screen! My eyes still hurt from looking at it! Since it didn't cost me anything I suppose I shouldn't complain.. Within an hour I had this thing running faster than the day they built it. All I can say is Linux fucking rocks! Believe me, It's not as scary as a lot of people say it is. Especially when you choose a newer distro like D.S.L. or Turbo Linux. I think everyone needs to do their part in taking market share away from Bill Gates! If my clients didn't use Msloth, I wouldn't have it on anything I own! Ahh such an exciting night I've had.. This is what happens when it's cold out and snowing and I don't feel like leaving my house. 
At least I got something done.. I always seem to work better while listening to Skinny Puppy. I'm just waiting for the neighbor to come knocking on the door and scream at me to turn it down... He's some 70 year old hermit that is always staring out the window trying to figure out whats going on over here.
Well, I'm about to drink some heroine tea (3 Sleepy Times in one cup) and crash for a few hours before I have to go to work.

I like the purple hair. It doesn't show up as well in the profile pic. I think I might have to go get some sleepytime tea - I've been having sleep issues....
