I went to the zoo today... it was so fucking hot!!! But I got to hang out with my mom so it was worth it.
My sister's grandma died yesterday... I never really knew the woman, but just seeing and knowing how my sister is feeling right now kills me.

Sorry you're sick. I will be out of town for Cinco De Mayo. But I'll be back on Friday morning. So we must hang out on Saturday for the block party. I think my complex is having a party as well, and we are ironically enough a block away from the block party. So I imagine I will float from the block party to my party all day. Looking at your "hopefuls" photoset and journal pics, I actually think you are pretty skilled yourself. Aside from some issues with focus (which may be intentional for all I know), your stuff is pretty cool. I especially liked your outfit in the photo you called "Headless 1".
If you're interested, I would be willing to try and help you with taking some application pics. I've been wanting to do little galmour/portraiture stuff of late. But, I should warn you, I haven't done that sort of thing in a *really* long time. Also, I don't have a studio or anything in the way of serious lighting (which presents some tactical issues). I do have a decent digital camera though, and a fair range of lenses.
We could try some not-so-risque stuff first to see if we work well together.
