I went to the 94.9 Independance Jam last night and saw Deathcab, Muse, Franz, and the Yeahs. We showed up late and missed Secret Machines. Deathcab was good, Muse suprised me with how good their live show was. Franz Ferdinand was amazing, awesome, and rocked the hizzouse beyond my wildest expectations. My brothers are in town, I'm moving this weekend, and I've been partying it up. Good weekend so far, I broke my cherryoke last night singing a duet with one of my brothers... "Friends in low places." We rocked the hizzouse!

Yeah - my new place is near Mission Hills. It's so peaceful.
I wasn't totally tied to the idea of moving closer to downtown, but I've always liked that area. Really, I went for anything that was in my price range and not too shabby. I just lucked out that everything fell into place in my favor.

I start my new job today. I had to pick up another, b/c I'm just not pulling in enough at my other one. All these applications are killing me. Each school wants $50-$100 just for a processing fee. I don't understand why I'm paying someone extra just to do their job. Bitter much? Oh well, how's everyone else?

I got into UCSD for Grad school! Looks like I'll be in the area a little while longer. I'm really stoked to finally have a set plan.
Spent all day at Sea World for my companies picnic. It was a blast, those animals are amazing and the rides were really fun. Good day, but long.
