Today was a pretty okay day, went up to visit the misters' parents for his dad's birthday. I'm glad I get along well with his family.
Last night was nice too, just hung out for our (second) six month anniversary. It's complete cheese, but I figured, why not? Just because we did it once already (our relationship totals now to about two and a half years) doesn't mean I shouldn't get to feel special all the time. We just vegged out, but life is getting so busy we haven't had time to lay there with no real intention for a while. I think it shows that you actually care about someone, when you can lie next to eachother and smile and not do fuck all about it.
This week is going to be balls. I have a jillion interviews plus work plus school... ah ahah!
Therefore, come the weekend, I hope to party my brains out. I said I wouldn't party til mid-october, but if I have a few extra dollars, why not. I feel like glamming it up a little- sitting here doing the same crap every day makes me feel like such an old lady.
I think i'm going to use my spare time this week to do something new, like maybe actually figure out my djembe or get the boyfriend to teach me how to play bass like he's been dying to for the past forever. Perhaps i'll try and learn how to dye my own stupidass hair?!?! Peut etre.

Anyways, i'm not sure if i'm doing this blog thing properly, but these are the not so sexy but actually very human stories that come out of my everyday life. That's why nobody is paying me to be here
I'm so dedicated to learning some new stuff at this point, which is why i probably seem like such a damn nutter.
