That loser from the last election with the bad toupe seeking revenge, don't know why he bothers, most will vote for anyone else but him...
and the jewel in this crown of craziness!!! Ariana Hubington! Of all these people she is the only one i can take seriously, strong prescence, seeking reform in politics, power to the people and all that...do a search on her people, you'll know what i mean...
the only thing against her is the money issue, to date, she has amased about 175,000 to run her campaign...up against Arnold's 1,000,000 dollars that was donated to his campaign by himself!
what arnold doesn't have, in fact what all the other candidates except ariana, don't have, is a clear and powerful message...
if this farce must go one, there is a good chance she won't come close to the votes arnold will garner...but it's that persistence, that david versus goliath persistence that started this country to begin with, that i will vote for i October...will my vote be in vain? most likely, as futile as my vote was for Ralph Nader in 2000,
but i'd rather chose a loser, than be forced to vote for someone who ill, perhaps, be no different that Bush, or Davis. that is my hell in a handbasket...until next time...

i read the post and follow up post twice. i shouldn't read it a third, even though i want to.

i had the worst case of insomnia until about four a.m.

as it turns out most of the populace who suffer insomnia one of the reasons behind this, besides stress and the like, is a lack of potassium in their bodies...
and bananas is a good source for that, well last night while unable to sleep i tried looking for one and found none...
luckily my father keeps a jar of centrum in the medicine cabinet, but when i thought about this it was already 330, oh well...
so, if you are having trouble sleeping, it is probably because your body is craving potassium...

My friend Sarah received a dream message from her (deceased) grandpa once only to discover that he'd visited her grandma that same night, too; he didn't visit the grandma in a dream, though, he just showed up in her kitchen a sat there for a few seconds. I've settled on the idea that my purpose is to examine my existence; to strive for growth, even if it means walking away from my life for awhile, gaining some perspective, and then coming back and starting again. To struggle to live according to your truth, all the while desperately questioning and re-examining and redefining your truth. That it doesn't matter what you DO, so much as what you LEARN from it. In your dream where you teach the kids to start a journal; I really liked that that was the most you could tell them. It was kind of like "hey, don't look to ME for answers! We're all in the same boat, kids. Learn from yourself. Search for your own truth." I mean, that's probably the most honest advice you could really give anyone searching to begin their life.
