man my end is going alright probably start video blog's next week, last night was pretty intense did alot of mauy thai clinch defense and grappling, which was good and finished it with some bjj. Tonight ive got strength and condition circut should be okay i hope but man i still smoke abit and it gets really icey in my chest near the end of the session which sucks cant push to hard.
