I will definitely have to try Yoga/Pilates and Stretching. My gym offers Yoga for free several times a day, two days a week. However, I don't think getting a new mattress is an option right now. I just bought my mattress under a year ago, so it's probably not worn out just yet. Thanks for the suggestions. smile kiss
