Well today in the dawn of a new year!

I like the new year. New year and halloween are the only hilidays i really truly enjoy! They seem the less spoiled by commercial goals. Ofcourse, halloween, you have costumes and decorations, but really when it comes down to it, it's just a lot of fun,
And new year's, well I love new year's for the...

The pleasure is mine :-) The story of adding you in a nutshell: I saw your picture on another friends comments page and was intrigued enough to click on it. I happened to have my CD player on shuffle through all the discs and it had just played a selection from Shel Silverstein's Freakin' at the Freakers Ball, his very interesting and acid induced version of Sarah Cynthia Sylvia Stout Would Not Take The Garbage Out to be exact, and I found the combination of the cute picture and the Shel Silverstein reference a strong enough combo to add you. That about sums it up. I am sure there is a longer version but . . . tongue If you haven't ever heard his musical CDs I must say they are quite interesting. They tend to ruin the wholesome image of the books but are very entertaining in their own right.

Just the little picture included in your posts. I was wishing _rAe_ a happy new year and your post was above mine. I am a fan of the new posts that include the pictures. I also like your taste in Music and Movies. I switch favorite musical artists every week or so depending on my mood. And you can't go wrong with Zombie flicks. This Halloween we had a Zombie Film Fest featuring Let Sleeping Corpses Lie, Hell of the Living Dead, Fulchi's Zombie and to add a little lightness Shuan of The Dead. The best thing about this site is how many people share your interests. Well the Naked women are nice too tongue

How are you kiddies?
Things are looking up. I'm still broke, but that i can deal with. I'm used to being broke. But general relationships are better now that i'm not so stressed with school. I'm a HUGE bitch at times that i'm stressed. But, it looks like things will be okay with all that, And i only have 3 more semesters left...yay!!!

Oh, and...

how to condense a friends list: go to preferences and click the 5 friends whom you talk to the least and can them. if ever confronted about this say that the site did it and if they don't take that answer i'll hook them up with the water-bat to the head wink

Well finals are done. Other than that, things are pretty messed up. Getting better, but still not good so i don't really have any interesting news to report.
I'll have a better update soon smile

Okay, if you want an amazing read I suggest Bluebeard by Kurt Vonneguit.

And The Zen Gun by some dude with the last name of Baily.

Oh, and for some lovely escapest modern fairy tale action, try Lila Block's Dangerous Angels.

Others to come.

be well,

Now that my mini crisis is over I can write a real post.
I'm having one of those moments in life where i don't know anything about anything.

Married at 18? It's not surprising that you should feel this way. I think that's pretty normal among people who marry at a young age (and quite a few who aren't so young).

Why do you feel that there's a difference between the "family you" and the "real you"? Perhaps that'll show what kind of independence you need, or where you might be feeling a little trammeled in.

I'd also suggest discussing this with your husband, especially since he already seems to suspect that something's up and might be reassured to know that you don't want to leave. Honesty and open communication are the best, and really the only, way to work through any potential problems.
lori_:
just to clear up a misunderstanding, it's not really that anyone expects me not to be myself, it's just that we were young when we got into this relationship so our understanding of it all was a little skewed. We comprimised a little more than we should have in the beginning and gave up too much and I lost sight of who I was for awhile. And we do talk about everything...i mean everything so it's not like jason doesn't know how i feel...ever.
