It's just a worrisome precedent to set.  I'm not referring the idea of marriage equality, but the fact that the federal government has opened a door that allows them to eliminate and overrule State's rights, which was a key part of our nation's founding as well as an important piece of the balance of power.  It makes me wonder what else could be forced into law by the Federal Government.
