I love this (the cartoon, not the prospect of Clinton vs. Bush). I'm aware that as a furriner, I shouldn't even voice an opinion about the U.S. elections, but then I've been deeply interested in U.S. politics for longer than most SGers have been alive. My own views have evolved (I like to think) into where I'm the sort of Libertarian who feels conservative when he's around liberals, and liberal when he's around conservatives. I have no hope for the Democrats, who are going to nominate Hillary or worse, and little hope for the GOP... unless they go with Rand Paul, the other likely candidates are too horrible to even contemplate. So it's going to be interesting!

Hehe. Love the cartoon. I agree with "the other likely candidates are too horrible to even contemplate." Rand Paul is certainly the lesser evil of them all. And I want to know why the campaign-season is so extensive now. Everything is so long and drawn out these days. Same with the holidays, for instance. I see halloween stuff come out in JULY!! And then christmas stuff is out by August!
