Happy Late Memorial Day Weekend! It's been a minute!
In my relatively short time on SG, I've made quite a few friends. Very few I've met in person, but friends nonetheless. Most of whom I spend time talking to in chat, which is just one strange, hypnotic, never-ending fun-house of awesome people talking about things ranging from the hatred of the show, Southland:
To my apparent sluttiness:
Also, here's a few pics of some of my favorite people there:

I think
MrsAri was showing her Japanese language training DVDs here:

In other news, I'm getting deployed/mobilized to Florida this summer. Which means the acting will (once again) have to be put off for a minute. Still good news because it means I have a fairly high-paying job over the summer, which will hopefully allow me to make a certain trip overseas in late August/early September.

Also, things aren't going too great on the exercise/losing weight front; I find myself stuck at 185. I don't quite know whats going on, but I talked with a trainer recently and he told me that part of it may have to do with me doing too many pushing exercises (pushups, bench press, etc.) and not enough resistance ones concentrating on my upper chest. Legs, shoulders, and arms are fine, and according to 24 Hour Fitness' weight standards, I actually have an athletic build at 12.8% body fat. More info/pics to come when I reach my goal of 180 or hopefully lose a bit more!
Not much else going on other than preparing for my trip. I'm considering moving out of my current place to save up more, but my landladies are so awesome sometimes, and finding an affordable and decent place in L.A. isn't as easy as it sounds. Anywho, here's some more various pics over the past month:

This is my NEW favorite film of the year. Here's what I had to say about it over IG: "It was everything I hoped it would be and a helluva lot more. Couldn't have been more impressed with the cast and director. VERY moving story about fathers, sons, and how the decisions we make as both effect our legacies. This just replaced Stoker as my favorite film of the year so far, cant wait to get the amazing soundtrack by the legendary Mike Patton."
Ugh, Navy galley food. Those chicken nuggets tasted like rocks.
New boots, was about an hour away from getting off work, feeling good, was in the mood for some Earth, Wind, & Fire.
Fresh out the VA hospital with a permanent No Shave chit for work! Woo-hoo!
Visiting my 11 year old nephew, Hunter last week. He just made Student Of The Year at his school so I treated him to Fast and Furious 6 that night. We both loved it.
Me, tired and miserable as hell coming from the hospital a few days ago after being treated for a spider bite.
Lastly, some IG buddies of mine made collages of our top 4 favorite horror films of all time, here was mine!
That's all for now, more updates sooner than later next time!
